Files review
At Print PV, we are aware that the quality of your work is essential, that is why we have a file review process. If for any reason the files are not suitable for printing, you will be notified to make the necessary changes. Production time will not begin until your files are verified for printing.
Production time
The Print PV system calculates production time by showing the client the day on which your order will go out for production. The day the product will arrive at your home varies according to the type of delivery you select.
Free delivery
Free shipping (free delivery) is valid only for a minimum purchase of $ 1,500 pesos. The order and payment must be made through the online store www.printpv.com. The work (s) will be sent the same day it leaves the production line, which will arrive at your home by parcel. Prior to shipping, the total payment of the work must have been received by Print PV
Free shipping must be chosen at the time of ordering in the corresponding option on the purchase form. If you do not choose this option, Print PV is under no obligation to provide the shipment free of charge.

Pick up at Print PV
You can also pick up your products at the Print PV office, located at Mérida 130, Col. Versalles, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. You can choose this option on your purchase order form (option: in-store pick up).
Delivery dates
To respect the agreed delivery date, it is necessary to have received your files and full payment before 4:00 pm on the same day the order is received; otherwise, Print PV reserves the right to modify delivery times.
Pick up hours
Our pick up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm; Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Except for holidays, dates on which we remain closed.
